I’m Lisa Grogan, an Online Dental Business Coach qualified in psychology, based in Wicklow, with over 15 years of experience in the dental industry.
In collaboration with Irish Dentistry Magazine (FMC Media), I run a column that covers a variety of topics to support dental professionals in building a successful dental business.
I bring a distinct blend of expertise to the dentistry field, supporting dentists both in their personal and professional lives, to create change while growing their dental business using simple strategies. I have led teams and managed a dental medical device company for 10 years. My mission is to inspire leaders, dental professionals, and individuals to unlock their full potential. With four years of coaching experience, I have witnessed the transformative power of coaching in driving personal and professional growth.

To help dental professionals to create a simple vision for their business so they can simplify their systems and increase profits while reducing their stress levels.
We all know how busy the dental environment can be, this creates barriers to change, loss of direction and overwhelm. I take a holistic approach in supporting dentists, where we look at the 8 pillars of their dental clinic and identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. From there we build out a tailored strategy specific to that dental clinics goals.
